Important Deadlines:
All the recruiting institutions are requested to express their intent of participation by 15 December 2025
All the prospective job applicants are advised to apply to various positions before 20 December 2025. A prospective job applicant can apply to a maximum of 3 job postings (postings either by the same institution / different institutions)
Note: All the prospective applicants must register for INDAM 2026 Annual Meeting to be able to avail the services of the INDAM Placement Services Centre.

Scheduling Interviews
- We strongly recommend you review candidate CVs on our portal and contact promising applicants directly prior to the conference to schedule interviews
- To help us manage on-site logistics, please submit your preliminary interview schedule to placements@indam.in by 25 December 2025
- Interview rooms are available free of cost
