We are interested in recruiting faculty members at Assistant Professor level in the areas of Finance (Financial Risk and Analytics), Strategy/Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Marketing.

• Completed or be at the final stages of completing their Ph.D. from a reputed institution in India or abroad.
• Should demonstrate capability for carrying out high-quality research (to have at least 1 ABDC level ‘A’ paper or Scopus indexed 98th percentile publication) along with a strong research pipeline.
• Teaching experience or experience assisting in teaching and student evaluations is desirable.

Marketing

Apart from the fundamental qualification criteria for faculty roles mentioned here, the functional specifications include:

• Superior expertise in either the Consumer Behaviour track or the Quantitative Marketing track with research interests in a broad range of areas pertaining to consumer psychology or economics/statistics/analytics as applied to the study of marketing phenomena.
• Proven track record of teaching courses in Marketing Strategy, Integrated Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Sales & Distribution Management, Pricing, Digital Marketing, etc.

Finance

• Proficiency in Financial risk management, Financial Analytics, Market microstructure and Banking operations with research in these or allied areas

OB/HR

• Expertise in subject-matter including research, course design and delivery in areas of Leadership & Coaching, Emotional Quotient & Ethics and HR Analytics for varied cohorts like management students, professionals and corporate groups.

Strategy/Entrepreneurship

• Teaching experience or research interest in the areas of Entrepreneurship, design thinking and innovation, new venture planning and corporate intrapreneurship is desirable.
