DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Assistant Professor

• D. degree in the relevant area from the NIRF top-ten-ranked institutes/ universities/IITs/IIMs.
• First class or equivalent at Bachelor’s & MBA or equivalent from IITs/IIMs and any top 10 NIRF-ranked institution/universities. A minimum of two years of teaching/industry experience will be appreciated.
• Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding research credentials. At least two ABDC-B publications (published or accepted) in 2025.
• Teaching experience from AACSB-, EQUIS-, or AMBA-accredited institutions will be preferred.

Associate Professor

• D. degree in the relevant area from the NIRF top-ten-ranked institutes/ universities/IITs/IIMs.
• First class or equivalent at Bachelor’s & MBA or equivalent from IITs/IIMs and any top 10 NIRF-ranked institution/universities.
• Minimum of 8 years teaching/research/industrial experience, of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor post-PhD. Experience in supervising PhD Scholars will be appreciated.
• Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding research credentials. At least a total of 6 research publications in ABDC/ABS journals in the last five years, with at least two ABDC-B publications (published or accepted) in 2025.
• Teaching experience from AACSB/EQUIS/AMBA-accredited institutions will be preferred
